As we accelerate our growth heading into 2024, we are excited to announce the expansion of our leadership team with two key hires – Tim Chung, Vice President of Sales, and Adena DeMonte, Head of Marketing. Their experience and expertise align perfectly with our mission to grow and innovate in the construction logistics industry.
Tim Chung, VP of Sales
Tim is a seasoned logistics Operations and Go-to-Market Leader with a robust history in scaling startups. Notably, he played a pivotal role at Swoop, a leading logistics TMS in the roadside and towing vertical, helping to expand the team from 5 to over 50 members, while managing and closing hundreds of millions of revenue in both startup and enterprise capacities. Tim's extensive experience and proven track record make him an invaluable asset to Tread as we extend our reach and continue our growth trajectory.
Adena DeMonte, Head of Marketing
Adena is a full-stack Marketing leader with a diverse experience spanning startups to scaleups. She is passionate about building and marketing world-class software for industries underserved by modern technology. Her marketing philosophy revolves around deeply understanding customer pain points and providing solutions that help their businesses thrive. Her expertise in storytelling, product marketing, digital and Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and team building is exactly what we need to reach our goals in 2024 and beyond.
