Who are you? Where are you located?
My name is Marco Alvarez and I am the Manager of Customer Success at Tread.
I'm based out of Vancouver Island in British Columbia.
Tell us about your role.
In my current role, aside from creating content and training materials, I'm an advocate for drivers, dispatchers, office managers, and owner-operators, helping make sure they spend more time doing what they do best.
What do you love about your role?
I love having the opportunity to help our clients from all over Canada and the U.S.
I have learned a lot about short-haul trucking and gained so much respect for those working day and night to help improve and develop our infrastructure.
Having the opportunity to work directly with our partners and help their drivers with new technology is a really rewarding experience.
