Rhino, an Indianapolis-based company, started in 1994. Rhino started as trucking and excavating specialists whose services eventually grew to include brokering and aggregate sales. Today, Rhino manages 13 internal trucks, sending them all over the city each day.

The Challenge 

Dispatch:
Prior to Tread, Rhino relied upon a combination of emails, phone calls, and texts to communicate with their drivers. They would use Google Calendar to schedule pickup and dropoff locations, fielding dozens of phone calls throughout the day as plans changed or weather interfered.

Rhino chose to remotely onboard their fleet, using Tread’s training videos to educate their drivers and dispatchers.
